LOOKING BACK, MOVING FORWARD

At the end of the year like this, it is important to take stock of the year that is running out so as to be able to plan adequately for the new year.

In doing a postmortem on 2014, you should be able to answer the following questions

1. What did I do wrong this year (2014)?
2. How can I correct my mistakes or avoid repeating them?
3. What were the decision I took that created problems for me?
4. In what areas did I do well and how can I leverage on it to move to the next level?
5. What are my expectations for the new year?
6. What resources do I need to make my goals come true in 2015?
7. What new relationship do I need to harness in realizing my goals for 2015?

It is pertinent to note that you need people around you to succeed in the coming year and this is a good time to review the relationships that have not contributed positively to your progress this year. There are friends and associations you may need to cut off from in the coming year if you are to get to your desired destination.

As you prayerfully ponder on these issues, you will be able to plan for 2015 in such a way that you would reduce your error and enhance your success.

Do not forget that when you fail to plan, you plan to fail!

I pray that you will indeed ARISE AND SHINE in 2015.

God bless you.
